Tyrannosaurus Rex : Biggest Dinosaur ?

For a long time it was believed that the T-Rex was the largest carnivorous dinosaur of them all but that was before the Giganotosaurus and Carcharodontosaurus were discovered.

Ok so he wasn’t the biggest of the meat eaters but he was still the largest member of the Tyrannosaurid family and of course recognised as one of the fiercest land predators ever to exist. 

At over 20 feet tall, 40 feet long and weighing up to 8 tonnes one can only imagine the fear that the roar of a T-Rex would place in the hearts of its enemies.

In a single week this massive flesh eater was known to consume its equivalent weight in meat. Try finding up to 8 tonnes of meat at your local super market, not an easy task but thats exactly how much this killer consumed each and every week.

    Bloody hell thats a lot of meat, but who was the biggest dinosaur ? You mentioned meat eating dinosaurs ?

    There is also the Spinosaurus which was several feet taller and longer.

    It is not of the Tyrannosaurid family, but it was a carnivore like the T-rex.

    the biggest carnivore dinosaur is the giganotosaurus found only in argentina 2 tonnes more than t-rex 0ver 50 ft in length average the biggest ones over 60 ft.

    I liked it got just what I needed,but it would be nice if you had more pictures and more information.you see im doing a one point paragraph on a dinosaur so I picked ReX but I would like to add some more information so I could make a better grade on the English assignment but its ok i guess
